Direct Bed & Breakfast links to the other Islands
Maui Island is also called the Valley Island due to the two
prominent extinct volcanoes connected by vast pineapple fields. Mount
Haleakala, "House of the Sun" EL.10,023' is a wonderful experience for
sunsets/sunrises, but very cold at times. Maui was the whaling port of the
17-1800's and has some very fine beaches and many historical sites to see such as
Lahaina Harbor in the south-west coastal area. Hana to the to the east is locked in time,
(the Hana road takes about 2 1/2 hours).
Hana Oceanfront Cottages (James Mitchener called Hamoa Beach "the most perfect beach in the world.")
